All photos and videos taken or given to Transitional Roots become property of Transitional Roots LLC. By having any services rendered by Transitional Roots, you agree to be photographed or recorded for documentation purposes. You agree and waive your rights to own all recorded documentation which can be used for but not limited to: proof, publicity, copyright purposes, social media advertising, or training. Furthermore, you agree that no royalty, fees, or compensation shall be payable to you for any photos or illustration given or taken by Transitional Roots LLC.
