APPOINTMENT POLICY: Please make sure hair is washed and scalp is clean for all appointments, unless shampoo service is included in your appointment.
I strive to make sure all services rendered are as requested, however, if in the event you are not satisfied with your experience, please note, all deposits and completed services are non refundable. I will work with you to achieve your desired look as much as possible. All issues should be discussed at your current appointment.
*All new clients are required to have a $25 consultation prior to your first appointment to discuss process, pricing, maintenance, and any questions or concerns about your loc journey.
* The only accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cash App, and Zelle. Credit card holds an additional fee that you will be responsible for.
* Wick and Loc Maintenance is not available for same day service with new client consultation
* There is a $50 same day service fee for emergency or same day appointments
* Non Refundable Deposits are required at consultation for all services over $100
*All services over $25 require at least a $100 deposit that needs to be paid within 48 hours, after you book, to secure your appointment.
* There will be a $25 no-show fee accessed if you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment.
*If you have more then 2 "No Show" fees, you will not be able to rebook
* It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies or reactions to products or chemicals.
